SHOES SIZE DOESNT FIT?

You can return dan change the size:

• Please contact our Customer Service by whatsapp +8111137272 to check the size availability.

• You only can change the size with the same design.

• If the size you need are not available you can change to another design, different price would be charged.

• All purchase can not be refund, except the size of 3 alternative product you wanted are not available.

• We only accept item that have not been worn and in original condition with box.  Please ensure that all before send back the items to us.

• You have maximum 7 days to send back your product to our warehouse. Items that have been different with its original condition will sent back to you.

• Shipping exchange cost charged to customer.

• Discount and promotion items can not be return : exchange size, design or refund. Please make sure you choose the correct size. Please refer to size cart that written in every product page.

• If you find any defects on the products you receive or wrong products and we have no more stock on the right product, you can change to another design or we will give you full refund
